LoopRec provides A/B looping, saved segments, subtitle practice, and local tab/area recording on YouTube.

Before reporting a problem

1. Update to the latest LoopRec version.
2. Reload the YouTube tab.
3. Click the LoopRec extension icon once to open the Side Panel before using tab recording.
4. Try the same action again.

Recorder modes

• Active media area — detects the visible playing video area and asks for confirmation.
• Current tab — records the whole active tab.
• Select area — lets you draw a rectangular capture area.

Recordings are processed locally and saved through the browser.

What to include in a bug report

• LoopRec version;
• Chrome version;
• operating system;
• feature or recorder mode;
• steps to reproduce;
• a screenshot of the error if available.
